On December 19, 1998, the Norman Cemetery Association was formally incorporated as a tax-exempt non-profit organization in the state of West Virginia.  The original Board members were:

• James A. Norman

• Richard L. Norman

• Mark L. Norman

• James R. Maltba

As stated in Article III of the incorporation document, the purpose of the corporation "shall be the protection, preservation, beautification and perpetual care of that certain cemetery known as 'Norman Cemetery'".  As a result of this endeavor, all of us can be assured that the grounds which are the resting place of many Norman family loved ones will be maintained in perpetuity.
